DODRILL, Kevin Sean, Warrant Officer (581086, Royal Air Force) – No.107 Squadron – Distinguished Flying Cross – awarded as per London Gazette dated 26 June 1942. Citation from Flight, 23 July 1942.
“This Warrant Officer is an exceptionally skilful navigator and bomb aimer. During his first operational tour he completed many successful attacks on targets in the Low Countries, and later he completed many sorties at night. Warrant Officer Dodrill has commenced a second tour of operations. His past experience, initiative and skill render his services of great value.”

Great to see some posts here from the Dodrill family. I’m Kevin’s grandson. My late mother, Moira Lee (née Dodrill), was born very shortly after my grandfather was killed in this terrible accident. I recently visited his grave very near to where my grandmother (Dorita Dodrill) lived in Woodston in Peterborough and I’m pleased to say it was in good order. Best wishes to everyone in the Dodrill and Campbell families.
